Lead
We believe leadership is a skill that can be taught. We intentionally create environments where young people discover and exercise their ability to lead — themselves and others.
"Empowering Africa's next generation through leadership, education, and life-changing outdoor experiences — we do this through five core pillars." — The Xpedition Go Africa Mission
Xpedition Go Africa was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that Africa's young people have extraordinary potential — and that all they need is the right environment, guidance, and opportunity to unlock it.
What began as a vision for transformational outdoor experiences has grown into a multi-pillar organisation that touches lives across education, community development, leadership training, and more.
Every programme we run is rooted in our commitment to seeing Africa's next generation rise — as leaders, learners, and agents of change in their communities.
See Our ProgramsFour words that define how we show up — in every camp, every classroom, and every community we serve.
We believe leadership is a skill that can be taught. We intentionally create environments where young people discover and exercise their ability to lead — themselves and others.
Curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning are central to who we are. We create spaces — outdoors, in classrooms, and in community — where learning comes alive.
Every person who walks through our doors — or joins us in the field — belongs here. We build genuine community where every young person knows they are valued, seen, and included.
Life is an adventure — and we embrace it. From mountain camps to community projects, we invite people to step beyond their comfort zones and discover something new about the world and themselves.
Our work is structured around five core pillars — each addressing a different dimension of development for young people and communities across Africa.
